If you're looking for padel lessons in Valencia that actually make you improve, you're in the right place. Here I don't sell "ball baskets": I work with a method built on biomechanics, individual correction and goal-based progression.
Quick answer: I teach private, pair and small-group lessons on a 100% indoor covered court in Paterna (Valencia), with the court rental included. Fees range from 45 €/month (groups) to 165 €/month (individual), and I also offer a single diagnosis session for 40 € so you can meet me before committing.
1. Who are my padel lessons for?
I work with very different profiles, but with one common denominator: the will to improve and to understand why they do what they do on court.
From scratch
If you've never played or are just starting, we begin with the fundamentals: grip, positioning, reading the bounce and basic shots, with adapted equipment and balls.
Stuck
If you play well but can't move up a level, we analyse the technical habits holding you back (late impact, poor preparation, lack of legs) and fix them with video.
Competition
If you compete, we work on pair tactics, use of the walls, defence/attack and padel-specific endurance so you can sustain the pace of a demanding match.
I also run a kids and junior padel academy for children and teens aged 4 to 16.
2. The method: biomechanics, video and ball machine
My background as a Sports Science graduate (CAFYD) is what makes the difference. Every lesson follows a clear teaching process instead of just repeating shots:
- Initial assessment and biomechanics: we correct the whole kinetic chain, from the grip and weight transfer to the contact point, to gain power without punishing your elbow or shoulder.
- Slow-motion video analysis: we record your shots and review them courtside. Seeing it on camera speeds up learning far more than 100 repetitions without feedback.
- Professional ball machine: to automate patterns with controlled volume and precision, impossible to replicate with a traditional basket.
- Injury prevention: we adapt loads and movements to your physique so you can play for years without pain.
You can go deeper into this approach in our guide on why video analysis changes the way you learn.
3. Formats and prices
Choose the format that best fits your level, budget and schedule. All fees include the indoor court rental:
Small Group

Pair

1 weekly session. Indoor court included.
Individual

You also have a single technical diagnosis session for 40 € (court included). See the detail and fine print in our comparison of padel lesson prices in Valencia, or choose your format with our guide to group, pair or individual.
4. Where we train: 100% indoor court in Paterna
I coach on a 100% indoor covered court in Paterna (Valencia), with free parking at the door and less than 10 minutes away for players from Valencia city, Paterna, La Eliana, San Antonio de Benagéber, Bétera, Godella and Burjassot. As it's a covered facility, a lesson is never cancelled due to rain, wind or cold, and the bounce is clean all year round.
If you also want to know where to play your free matches, I have an analysis of the best padel clubs in Valencia.
5. How we start (in 3 steps)
- Message me on WhatsApp with your level and available days.
- Diagnosis and fit: I tell you which format and group suit you best and we reserve your fixed slot.
- On court: technical assessment and work plan from the very first session.
Technique On Court + Fitness Off It
Technique without fitness breaks down. As we explain in our guide to biomechanics and injuries in padel, good conditioning is the best insurance policy for your joints.
